Prepare the Package
Securely pack the training aid in its original packaging, ensuring all components, manuals, and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.
Attach the Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
